Job Description

Make a real difference creating Scalable Websites, Applications Front-Ends, SPAs at a fast-growing and dynamic IT organization using PHP, Drupal, Wordpress, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Backbone.js, JQuery and YUI.

Group Three IT Consultants is seeking an experienced Web developer who'll build Websites, SPAs, and Web Applications.

Person should be able to :

  • Write good, clean, and well documented code
  • Collaborate with front and back-end developers to create usable websites for our clients
  • Collaborate with the rest of the tech team to create, optimize, and uphold good development processes
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that technical implementations align with overall project objectives
  • Fix bugs and issues on existing sites
  • Work with PHP, Drupal, Wordpress and other open-source platforms
  • Follow current and upcoming technical trends and share ideas and inspiration with the company

The company supports a diverse range of clients in various industries, and offers a vibrant and intellectually stimulating work environment to its staff — currently numbering over 70, but steadily growing.

Job Requirements

You should :

  • Be Proficient in PHP, including object-oriented PHP, with more than three years experience
  • Be Proficient in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or other open-source database applications
  • Have working knowledge of Drupal 7, Wordpress, Laravel, CakePHP and experience writing custom modules
  • have knowledge of Web Sevices, RESTFUL Services, JSON, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC and/or AJAX

Plust points are

  • Knowlege of MAPI, Lucene/Solr, MemCached, Messaging Queue with PHP interfaces
  • PHP module development in C

Qualifications

Industry experience of 3–5 years creating websites, SPAs and/or Application web-based front-ends. Experience with high traffic sites a plus.
